Room assignments need better management!!! It took ages to get an extra bed, and the timeshare hassle was quite annoying!!! Additional cleanliness protocols would enhance the experience!!!

Estuvimos de luna de miel en febrero y tengo que decir que lo que mas me impresiono fue el personal. Fueron todos increiblemente amables. Tambien la ubicacion, a pie de playa, y la cantidad de piscinas y cosas que hacer en el resort.

No me gustó la comida, sobre todo la del restaurante italiano; la limpieza también me desgradó bastante, en especial la del baño (estaba sucio y muy viejo), las habitaciones necesitan una buena reforma. No hay ascensor. Todo carísimo allí dentro

A Nice Family Vacation with Room for Improvement

Our family enjoyed a week in paradise, although the food safety concerns were disheartening. The beach was fine. Book pool chairs early for the best spots and try the adults-only area for a quieter experience.

The beach is beautiful and easily accessible, with plenty of activities like live music and themed dinner nights. The staff can be friendly but inconsistently attentive, leading to issues with room cleaning. Having a kids' club kept little ones entertained, great. We had several problems with water pressure in our room.

Our swim-out suite was spacious and super clean. The room service was great! Shoutout to Julio for his friendly vibes 🍹 The bar staff were a blast, especially the Joses at the sports and lobby bars-they made sure our drinks were always flowing 🌊

But let me spill some tea, many around us were getting sick from the food. We switched to only cooked meals, yet sickness still hit one family member. Food safety here needs serious improvement ASAP! The facilities aren't as fancy as advertised either, a letdown.

We had an amazing stay with fun nights at the club and relaxing time by the pool. The outdoor swimming pool and beachfront access were awesome for unwinding and soaking up the sun. While the food could've been better, overall it was a fantastic experience, and I'd definitely recommend checking it out! 😊
